Hello Madam. Please tell us how you went about making the decision of buying a home with Akshaya?
Manimekalai: All my friends told me, amongst all the developers in the city, Akshaya is the best. I did my research in google and found out - construction wise and material wise they are very good... many people who bought in other Akshaya projects had given top points to Akshaya for these aspects. I was sold on the brand. I decided if I ever buy a home, it will be from Akshaya.
How is the Kovur neighbourhood in terms of accessibility for you and family?
Manimekalai: Kovur is well connected. You have the Outer Ring Road, the Chennai Bypass, and Sriperumpudur Road. We enjoy easy access to all these roads. It is easy to get into the city... towards KK Nagar... Velachery... Guindy... Vandalur... every part of the city is easily reachable. Coming to hospitals... you have Ramachandra Hospital nearby. MIOT is equally close. Madha Medical College & Hospital is just opposite Republic. With respect to schools, Krish International is right next door, PSBB Millennium is nearby... there are even three Govt High schools here.
How has the living experience been so far?
Manimekalai: The main advantage is lack of pollution. Living within the city, the biggest drawback is pollution. Here the air is clean. Even though the project is on the main road, it is clean and green. Next is water supply... so far we have never had any issues. The Chembarambakkam lake is very close to this place. I have experienced this first hand.
How has the customer service experience been with Team Akshaya?
Manimekalai: Every time I came for a visit, the team would be there and handle everything perfectly. When construction was going on, I would come every month to see the progress. They would be very co-operative... both at the site and at the office also. They had the right answers and solutions to all my queries and doubts. They explained every single aspect with full clarity. Especially when I handed over the interiors to them. They did everything according to my wishes. Everyday living here at Akshaya Republic, I feel like all these eight acres belong to me. Such is the
living experience!
