General Manager (Projects)
BE Civil with 20 + years of experience in handling multiple large projects, of which at least 5 years in residential projects. Should have complete knowledge of Cost / Quality / Time aspects of project management, direct construction and handled large residential projects of 1 million sq ft. Capable of handling outsourced contractors / vendors, knowledge of all utility services and handling a team of engineers, coordination with Architects / other consultants. Conduct weekly progress review meeting with the contractors and staffs to align the progress towards the business plan.
Any Graduate with 6 - 12 years in construction industry.Achievement of sales target,collection of 20% of Apartment value,Updation of Quadra entries,Ability to generate leads,Co-ordination of site visit & siteexperience
A competent Graduate Civil Engineer with 15 + yrs of experience in Residential and Commercial construction with Real Estate or Construction background with knowledge of QMS,IS codes,Inspection & Test Procedures.Should be able to handle team of QA & QC Engineers.
UG - Any Graduate - Any Specialization, Graduation Not Required PG - Any PG Course - Any Specialization, Post Graduation Not Required.15 + yrs of experience in Residential and Commercial construction with Real Estate or Construction background.
a)Must have the experienced in Implementing Safety Standards, Norms Rules, regulation & laws during construction.
b)Certification in OHSAS.
c)Good knowledge of various rules & regulation.
d)Guide safety representatives at site in carrying out accident investigation, safety audits, training and other functions effectively.
Graduate in Civil Engineering with 8-10 years experience as a Quantity
Surveyor and knowledge of planning, tendering process and negotiating contracts.
MANAGER - ELECTRICAL/PHE
Qualification: BE (Civil) with 15 to 20 years in QS / Contracts / Billing / scrutinizing,
budgeting, cost monitoring, rate analysis, exposure to tendering (relevant to Civil
& MEP services)
BE (Civil) with 10-15 years experience in construction of large multi storey buildings
/ townships, with integrated services of which at least 5 years in residential &
commercial buildings; Knowledge of project cost / quality / Time essential; Must
be proficient in MS Office and Project Monitoring tools.
BE / Diploma (Civil) with 7-12 years experience in construction industry with at
least 3 years in residential buildings.
BE / Diploma (Civil) with 3 to 10 years experience in construction industry with
atleast 3 years in residential buildings.
BE / Diploma (Civil / Mechanical) with 10 years experience of projects with atleast
5 years related to plumbing/Firefighting works supervision. Technical and design
knowledge preferable with latest methodologies.
BE (Civil) with 5-10 years experience of which atleast 3 years in planning function.
Complete knowledge of all activities pertaining to civil, services and other external
activities required; must be able to handle MS Office and Project Monitoring tools.
BE / Diploma (Civil) with 5 to 8 years experience in construction industry with
at least 3 years in residential buildings. Preparation of estimate, BOQ, knowledge
on tender clauses / specs, preparation of work orders, budgets, negotiation with
vendors, certifications of bills with respect to civil, internal and external services.
Management Representative/Manager - IMS
A competent Graduate with 10 + yrs of experience in IMS auditing Planning and conducting internal audits of IMS & SA 8000. Planning and conducting management review meetings(MRM). Planning for site visits and review of EMS & OHSAS related requirements for existing sites. Periodic review of HIRA and EA & I for all sites and updating the same.
Conducting site safety review meetings. Liaison with certification body on all matters related to certifications.Maintaining, reviewing and issuing all documents related to IMS & SA 8000 and all departments SOPs. Liaison with major contractors on EMS & OHSAS related issues.Taking corrective and preventive actions along with respective departments for all IMS & SA 8000 related issues.
Front Office Executive
Any graduate with 3-5 years of experience in admin related profile. Should possess a presentable personality & should manifest a sharp image of the company. Good Command over English is required.
